All registration is done online. Once you complete the online registration process you will receive a confirmation email with the complete camp forms attached. A Physician's Clearance form will also be included. If you have a current physical on file that will not be more than a year old during camp you may substitute this form for the Physician's Clearance form provided. This form will need to be scanned and emailed to mds0110@outlook.com NLT April 1st. These forms must be accompanied with a front and back copy of your medical insurance card.

A day camper (Commuter) starts the day at the pool at 8:20am and is picked up at the end of pool walkway after activities at 8:45pm. They will have lunch and dinner provided for them. Day Campers are to remain with the group until the end of the day.
Residents are overnight campers that will be residing in the dorms.
Yes. When registering online, simply indicate the preferred roommate in the appropriate space provided and we will do our very best to accommodate everyone, but please understand that we cannot 100% guarantee it.
Requests must be made by both campers at the time of registration. No last minute additions/changes can be honored. There will be no changing of rooms during check in unless "no shows" are involved.
There is a sibling discount of $50 for those families who qualify with two or more immediate family participants. (Cousins do not qualify)
The first participant pays full price and all other siblings receive the $50 discount. We do verify and you must qualify to take advantage of this discount. Special discounts are listed on the home page when available. Discounts do not apply to weekend camps. Please email mds0110@outlook.com for discount code.
Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Canceling prior to April 1st you will receive a refund of all monies paid less $150.00. After April 1st you will receive 50% of the camp fees less $150.00. After May 15th all payments made will be forfeited. Transfers are not permitted.
Campers will eat at the Edge Dining Hall or at the pool on campus. There will also be snacks and drinks available for purchase at the camp store.
Campers may bring snacks with them to keep in their dorm rooms. Refrigerators are not available.
Excess Accident Medical Insurance coverage for the camp is provided through your camp insurance. Parent's insurance is the primary carrier with Camp Insurance Excess Accident Medical policy as the secondary.
We will have a certified Athletic Trainer on call during the camp. If your camper is on medicine please contact us before camp starts so we are aware.
Controlled substances will be maintained by staff and dispensed as indicated. You must provide a medical release for administering of drugs. (Form is provided in your packet) In the event of an injury during camp, the parent would file first with their primary carrier Medical forms (included in the registration packet) must be completed by the participant's family physician and received in our office no later than April 1st.
Yes. Each camper will be in a group with a counselor who is accountable for them at all times.
There is some free time during the day, but campers are only allowed in the dorm or directly outside of the dorm where there is a counselor present.
We pride ourselves on the low ratio of campers to counselors. We feel that individual attention is a necessity and is vital for a positive experience.
This also facilitates an interactive teaching environment with a lot of feedback given to each camper. The ratio is approximately 10 swimmers to 1 staff member.
Yes. Parents are welcome to watch water sessions only. Spectator seating in the indoor pool is located upstairs. Outdoor water sessions do not offer seating.

...are prohibited on the Auburn University Campus. Any items found not to be in compliance with University policy will be confiscated and the appropriate law enforcement action will be taken. Parents will be notified immediately and campers will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Transportation to and from the Atlanta Airport is available for $175.00 roundtrip/$90 one-way. Please adhere to times listed on travel sheet.
Campers will be met at the top of the escalators prior to going into the baggage area by a staff member wearing an the Swim Camp shirt.***Be sure to fill out the airport transportation form and return it with your other registration paperwork as soon as possible so we may make the necessary arrangements.***
When making flight reservations to and from the Atlanta Int'l Airport, here are some time guidelines that will help in your planning.
5 Day & Sprint and Start/Turn Camps - ARRIVE at Atlanta Airport the day of camp by 2:00pm Eastern Time (Atlanta is on Eastern Time and Auburn is on Central Time) RETURN flights not before 4:00pm Eastern Time day camp ends.

Check-in for each camp session is between 3:00pm and 4:00pm (Central Time) at the James Martin Aquatic Center BEFORE heading to the dorm.
At the conclusion of camp all campers will be fully supervised until picked-up at 11:30am at the pool (Central Time). Please be prompt as our coaches and counselors have personal flights to catch.

There is a $50.00 fee for a key lost during camp. This will be charged to the credit card on file or you will be billed directly.
